- Still in its original packaging
- The receipt should be intact

For defective item / missing parts upon receipt:
- Send a message through our chat box in our website so that our Customer Care Personnel can assist you on what to do
- Take a picture of the item, showing which part is missing , based from the instructional manual included in the box of the gym equipment.
- We would initially validate if defective then we will call you on the findings and specific action plan in 48 hours upon receipt of your concern.
- We follow the Repair, Replace and Refund procedure.
