Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Item condition should be:
    1. Still in good condition , un-used, not vandalized or intentionally damaged
    2. Still in its original packaging
    3. The receipt should be intact
  3. Item can be exchanged with another item of the same value or of a higher value only, and the customer will pay for the price difference.
  4. For defective item / missing parts upon receipt:
    1. Send a message through our chat box in our website so that our Customer Care Personnel can assist you on what to do
    2. Take a picture of the item, showing which part is missing ,  based from the instructional manual included in the box of the gym equipment.
    3. We would initially validate if defective then we will call you on the findings and specific action plan in 48 hours upon receipt of your concern.
    4. We follow the Repair, Replace and Refund procedure.
  5. If item was used and was claimed to be defective:
    1. Send a message through our chat box in our website so that our Customer Care Personnel can assist you on what to do
    2. We would initially validate if defective then we will call you on the findings and specific action plan in 48 hours upon receipt of your concern.
    3. We follow the Repair, Replace and Refund procedure.
    4. Warranty coverage is also posted and explained in our website
  6. Trade in is not allowed.
