To cancel on order placed online, please send us a message in our website chatbox so that our customer care personnel can assist you.
You may also send an email at email@example.com for order cancellation.
Order cancellation does not apply if payment has been made
Also, cancellation does not apply if ordered item was already shipped
Automatic System Cancellation
This is done based from the following online order conditions:
- Incomplete customer details which might hamper the delivery.
- Incomplete payment.
- Outside of delivery area of our delivery service provider.
- Have reached a maximum of 2 delivery attempts.
- Suspected fraudulent transactions.
